Cypress Down But Not Out!

We had our Pony baseball game last night and we suffered our first lost! we now have a game tomorrow in the loser bracket. We still have a chance to make it to the world series.

There were four thousand teams in the Pony World Series, not bad to be one of the top two teams in California.

We won our first game in Super Reginoals!
Cypress Pony 3, Lakeside 0.

Teenagers

Well yesterday, I decided my teenage son Chad had lost his vocabulary. The only three answers he gives for everything are answer#1 "oh my god" answer #2 "really" answer #3 "wow". Well I was a bit worried and annoyed until I was listing to him and some of his friends talking to each other and they were all giving the same three answers. It was amazing that they all understood each other!

We Won our Pony Sectional game!

Today our son Chad had his Pony All-Star game in sectional, they won six to two over La Mirada, tomorrow we play the winner of game seven, which will be the winner of the loser bracket. Our game today was exciting, Chad started off with a hit down left center for a double, his teammate Devan hit Chad in. to start our score on the board. All the boys played great today.

This was our thirteenth straight win!

I'm so excited for tomorrow's game if we win we will have the title of Pony Sectional Champion!

Me

My name is Debbie, I live in Orange County, California with my husband Jerry and our two awesome kids, our oldest is Chad and he is fourteen and loves to play Baseball. He will be a freshmen this September. Our daughter, Kelly, is twelve and loves to play Soccer and will be in Junior High. We also have an adorable dog Sassy Doodle who is Six years old.

With two kids in competitive sports and trying to make the high school team life is a little crazy our typical day consist of getting kids off to school, picking kids up from school, feeding them something healthy and off to practice, between two kids we usually have practice every night of the week, besides practice they have private lessons for there sport. We also have to make sure homework is done and they eat a healthy dinner. Oh yeah I almost forgot cleaning house, cooking and the dreaded laundry.

I am a stay at home Mom and all though it can be crazy I love it!
